1. Who We Are

PrimeFit ("we", "us", "our") is a software platform for fitness trainers to manage clients, training programs, and nutrition plans. Our service is available at primefit.team.

2. Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to two types of users:

  • Trainers — fitness professionals who subscribe to PrimeFit to manage their business.
  • Clients — athletes and trainees who use the PrimeFit mobile app at the invitation of their trainer.

3. Data We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and profile photo (optional).

Fitness & Health Data

Clients may provide body measurements, weight, progress photos, and workout logs. This data is entered voluntarily by the client or their trainer. It is used solely to deliver the training and nutrition service.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the app (screens visited, features used, session duration) to improve the product and fix errors.

Communication Data

Messages sent between trainers and clients through the in-app chat are stored to deliver the messaging service.

Device & Push Notification Tokens

To send push notifications we store a device push token associated with your account. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

4. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and operate the PrimeFit service
  • To send push notifications (workout reminders, check-in alerts, chat messages)
  • To diagnose errors and improve app stability
  • To respond to support requests
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate PrimeFit:

Supabase

Our database, authentication, and file storage provider. Your account data, workout logs, nutrition data, progress photos, and chat messages are stored on Supabase infrastructure. See Supabase Privacy Policy.

OneSignal

Our push notification delivery provider. OneSignal receives your device push token to deliver notifications. See OneSignal Privacy Policy.

Sentry

Our error monitoring service. Sentry may receive crash reports and device metadata when the app encounters an error. We configure Sentry to minimize personal data in error reports. See Sentry Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business purposes (e.g., financial records).

Trainers who terminate their subscription retain read-only access to client data for 30 days before it is deleted.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Export your data in a machine-readable format
  • Withdraw consent for data processing at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email support@primefit.team. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

PrimeFit is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security on the database, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of PrimeFit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
