These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PrimeFit, a software-as-a-service platform operated by PrimeFit ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not use PrimeFit.

Clients access PrimeFit through a companion mobile app at the invitation of their trainer.
PrimeFit is currently in beta. During the beta period all features are available free of charge. Pricing plans shown on our website reflect our intended pricing at launch and are subject to change.
When billing is introduced we will notify existing users in advance and provide a reasonable transition period. Continued use after billing launches constitutes acceptance of the then-current pricing.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Trainer accounts must belong to a real individual or legal entity. Creating accounts for the purpose of abuse, spam, or circumventing limits is prohibited.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to PrimeFit (training programs, client data, photos, messages). By using the service you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the platform on your behalf.
Trainers are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from their clients to collect and process health and fitness data through PrimeFit.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use your data. By using PrimeFit you agree to the Privacy Policy.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@primefit.team. Upon deletion your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice. In cases of serious violations (fraud, abuse, illegal activity) termination is immediate.
PrimeFit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.
PrimeFit is a training management tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Trainers and clients use the platform at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that training plans are appropriate for the client's health status.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeFit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of PrimeFit shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
